For Portland BLT Week 2019 the team at StormBreaker Brewing has put together both a fantastic BLT Sandwich, and a special beer & whiskey pairing!

The BLT sandwich has maple-glazed pork belly, sun-dried tomato basil aioli, fresh arugula, watermelon radish lightly pickled with fennel & peppercorns, on Grand Central Bakery brioche bread.

The beer & whiskey pairing features StormBreaker’s Stormtoberfest – a Märzen style lager, and Bull Run Distilling’s 5 year Oregon single malt whiskey.
