Jace Krause with the Fried Egg I’m in Love Food Cart has put together a stupendous BLT for Portland BLT Week – the BLTzkrieg Bop!

This BLT has bacon, tomato, arugula, tomato-basil aioli, a fried egg, and American cheese, on Portland French Bakery Sourdough Bread!

Jace suggests that you pair your BLTzkrieg Bop with one of their signature mimosas – made with champagne, and fresh squeezed orange juice from Aloha Juice Co out of Clackamas, Oregon, or a Hopworks tallboy IPA!

Chef Michael Susak has put together a terrific triple-decker BLT for Portland BLT Week 2017! Come by Gigi’s Cafe in SW Portland and enjoy it!

The Big Mike BLT is a triple decker sandwich and it has Baker and Spice bread, thick-cut tomatoes, ¼ inch cut apple wood bacon, iceberg lettuce, mayo, house pickled onions, and Russian dressing.

This terrific BLT is serve with Yukon gold French fries, and a pickle spear.

Chef Jason Barnett has created an amazing BLT for Portland BLT Week 2017!

The Vagabond Portland BLT Week BLT was crafted with Italian Como bread from Philippe’s Bread, oven baked, cayenne candied, Carlton Farms slab bacon from Nicky USA, Hass avocado, butter lettuce, Gruyere cheese, herb aioli, and thick cut beefsteak tomatoes.

The Buffala Negra is a wonderful cocktail they have at Vagabond and they are pairing it with the above-mentioned BLT.

The Buffala Negra has Bull Run Bourbon, balsamic, Imbue Bittersweet Vermouth, ginger beer, and basil and it is fantastic!

Bazi Bierbrasserie is offering an incredible BLT appetizer and a BLT Bloody Mary with bacon infused Brennivín aquavit for Portland BLT Week 2017!

The Bazi BLT appetizer has a base of creamy polenta, arugula, Painted Hills bacon, a grape tomato and a balsamic maple reduction.

The special cocktail they have made is a BLT Bloody Mary crafted with bacon infused Brennivín aquavit and it is topped with pickled green beans, a crostini, arugula, Painted Hills bacon, a grape tomato, and two olives!

If you want to get a beer with your BLT appetizer the good folks at Bazi suggest that you get the Occidental Brewing Company Festbier.
