Bazi Bierbrasserie is offering an incredible BLT appetizer and a BLT Bloody Mary with bacon infused Brennivín aquavit for Portland BLT Week 2017!

The Bazi BLT appetizer has a base of creamy polenta, arugula, Painted Hills bacon, a grape tomato and a balsamic maple reduction.

The special cocktail they have made is a BLT Bloody Mary crafted with bacon infused Brennivín aquavit and it is topped with pickled green beans, a crostini, arugula, Painted Hills bacon, a grape tomato, and two olives!
